How do I become a member?
Just go to our membership page and select the membership type you would like.
Where can I cancel my membership?
You can view and cancel your membership by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen (desktop) or the bottom of the side menu (mobile) and selecting "Memberships".
Can I add and manage memberships for my employees or family members?
Yes! Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen (desktop) or bottom of the menu (mobile) and select Memberships. Under Corporate and Family Plans, enter the person's email address, select which plan you want them to have, and your payment method. If they don't already have a Which Doctor account, they will receive an invitation. Otherwise, the plan will be applied to their existing account. Their name and plan information will be added to your Memberships list.
Your pending invitations will appear at the bottom of the Memberships page.
