In my therapy sessions for individuals struggling with depression, I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly. Depression can manifest in many ways, such as persistent sadness, fatigue, loss of interest, feelings of worthlessness, or difficulty managing daily tasks, and I tailor my approach to address your unique experience. Together, we’ll work to explore the underlying causes of your depression, whether they stem from life circumstances, past trauma, biological factors, or long-standing patterns of negative thinking. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to challenge and reframe harmful thoughts, mindfulness techniques to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation, and talk therapy to provide meaningful insights and support. Additionally, we may work on building healthy coping mechanisms, setting achievable goals, and rekindling your sense of purpose and connection. My ultimate aim is to help you navigate the challenges of depression, regain a sense of control, and rediscover hope and fulfillment in your life.
