I strongly believe that all healing is self-healing and is an innate potential of every one of us. My role as facilitator is to support and positively influence this process of empowerment to become whole via self-care and complimentary therapies.

My passion to explore and work with the human realm was ignited by my university studies in Psychology, followed by growing Organic food on Vancouver Island and working towards food security and healthy lifestyles. I then found myself ‘Home’ in Tofino’s ever-inspiring landscape, where I helped a friend run her budding health food store and plunged into a path of discovery of the human body, biofield, and spirit.

Currently I practice Registered Reflexology RCRT, Certified Bowen Therapy CBT, Reiki, and Registered Aromatherapy EOT, with additional training in Lomilomi massage and Healing Touch.
