I'm passionate about deep healing through radical gentleness and safety. A safe container and relationship with my clients is paramount to true, lasting changes.
Always attuning to the client's body, we may move in and out of different practices and modalities including boundary work, somatic work, attuned touch, Reiki, chakra, and energy work, spiritual healing, inner child healing, craniosacral therapy, coaching, sound healing, energy/emotional healing through movement, card readings, and more, always working in a trauma-informed manner.
Those with relational wounding/trauma and attachment issues are common clients of my work, but I enjoy working with a range of different folks and concerns.
I am available in Humboldt, Saskatoon, and Lake Lenore, Saskatchewan, and I can also work with people online from anywhere!
