Hello! Thank you for stopping by. I am a birth and postpartum doula situated in Langley, however, I cater to mothers all across the Fraser Valley. I am so in love with the birth journey, and my focus is on helping parents experience that joy and simplify the process of birth.

​I grew up in central British Columbia on a ranch. I observed natural animal births on the regular and later had four beautiful children of my own, as well as three grandchildren whom I love. I love everything about pregnancy and birth, and can relate to the challenges that new parents face. There are a million books to read and each one has a different method of birth so I'm here to listen to your wants and needs, then assist in developing a safe birth plan that you're comfortable with.
