During our Reiki session we will be tuning into the mind, body, soul, working on an energetic level. Natalie has been offering Reiki since 2008 and training Reiki practitioners since 2013. Within her practice she has witnessed a wide variety of ailments leave the body, balance of emotional state and overall well being. Reiki reduces stress, anxiety, helps with sleep and support the body.
