Whether you’re moving through or recovering from trauma or just wanting to connect to yourself on a deeper level, private yoga and meditation offerings are gentle and guided from a trauma sensitive perspective. I offer classes that are supportive of healing the heart. Yoga styles provided include yin, yang/yin, gentle flow and hatha. If you’re looking for extra support and guidance in your embodiment practice, I currently offer 60 and 90 minute private yoga/meditation sessions online through Zoom. These sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and can be booked to fit your schedule. Includes free 15 minute phone consultation for new students!
