Ryan teaches meditation and mindfulness practices, both of which he incorporates in his very own daily routine.
Meditation has been associated with the reduction of stress, promotion of mental and physical healing, and increase in positive mental health outcomes.
Meditation is increasingly being integrated into traditional Western medicine therapies and has been found to produce happier homes, families and work environments. Ryan began seeing a positive trend in client satisfaction after teaching meditation in regular sessions and began offering meditation as an additional coaching service in 2018 due to demand.
Ryan once was a beginner and is happy to teach clients at their personal level of readiness. Not all meditation techniques are a perfect fit for clients, and Ryan is skilled at helping individuals select what works best for them.
For those clients who are seeking spiritual development, Ryan has extended meditation sessions available upon request.
