Prior to meeting, you fill out the New Client Intake form and a weeklong diet diary. During the appointment, we discuss main health concerns, history, current diet, eating habits and lifestyle habits (stress, sleep & activity levels). After this information is gathered you will receive a Personalized Plan that supports the body as a whole in our first consultation. I meet you where your are on your health journey so that your plan is achievable and easy to follow.
