8 week program where we meet weekly to co-create a plan to meet your goals
After an Initial Intake form is completed we will get together and discuss what health goals you have in relation to what habits and lifestyle you currently have. Together we will come up with a plan that will implement new habits and develop a healthy relationship with the food you are eating so that you can lose weight and feel like you again.
