This one-to-one session is for individuals who have completed the intake session. The session will build upon the information discussed in the initial session. Sessions are customized to the unique needs of each client. Homework and skill development tools are typically given to the client at the end of each session.
Sessions may include topics such as: Learning strategic goal setting, Resiliency and mental toughness, Stress management, Performance anxiety / worry tools, Intrapersonal conflict, Self-confidence, Team dynamics, Leadership skills, Visualization, Improving self-talk, Pre-performance routines, Focus / attention / concentration, Motivation, Get in "the zone", Self-regulation and learning, mindset tools for injury recovery.
