One 90 minute intake conversation where we focus on you and uncover areas you may feel stuck
We focus on your current lifestyle habits, core values & strengths, your current story & thought patterns, and identify areas of your life you wish to evoke change (transform)
Understanding the Core-8 Method, which includes breath work, nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, stress, feeling emotions, and connection
(2) 45-60 minute follow-up coaching sessions via Zoom
Includes regular e-mail coaching check-ins in-between sessions.
