As a mom of 2 special needs children, I understand your need to rediscover who you are and reconnect with your spouse. I understand your goals for better time management & organization skills. I can help you gain clarity as to why you are crying or angry all the time, especially at your family, maybe even at yourself.

Over my 15 years of nursing experience, I have been told that I am patient, compassionate and listen with an open, non-judgemental heart. This is just who I am and will be for you as well. We will work together to get to the root of the problem using a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, stress management techniques, mindfulness & music therapy.
