This introductory meditation course provides all the fundamental basics of mindfulness meditation training. Meditative breathing techniques and postures will be discussed along with information about how meditation benefits the body, mind, and spirit. This course is comprehensive and will take a beginner through a step by step process regarding how to properly meditate, as well as address any questions which may arise. There will be a guided meditation as well as a question and discussion period at the end of the course. The vibe of this course is relaxed and integrative as we all learn best when we can learn from each other! Please bring any meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets, or anything else that relaxes you and provides you with comfort! Come ready to learn, breathe, relax, and connect!
