This class will focus on the physiological aspects of energy and how it can be understood in relation to a regular meditation practice. Many ask questions such as What is energy? How does energy operate? What is consciousness? How do the two work together? These topics will be discussed as well as other aspects of energy such as frequency and vibration. A guided meditation will take place prior to a question and discussion period at the end of this course. Please bring any meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets, and a notebook if you wish. Come comfortable, relaxed, and ready to learn!
