Natural nutrition and holistic health involve a ‘root cause’ approach to healing the body. Clients learn foundational elements of holistic health including foods and nutrition, lifestyle habits, restoring gut health, detoxification, hormone balancing, reducing pain and inflammation, improving energy... the whole body, mind, spirit approach.

A combination of education and coaching is used to help clients make changes that will support their health goals at a pace that works for them.
Additionally, we use the Stressmaster™ program to actively engage thinking about your relationship with stress. Methods are learned to help improve responses to various life and daily stressors to reduce--not just manage--stress. We teach several stress management techniques for when stress becomes too much and situations are not in our control. Mastering stress enhances the overall effectiveness and ease of dietary and lifestyle changes to enhance health transformation results, quality of life and vitality.

Learn to understand your sources of chronic stress and how to reduce and manage it - become a happier, healthier and more productive version of you. Using the proprietary methods of Stressmaster International developed by Dr. James Petersen and validated by NIOSH, you'll take the online Stress Master Questionnaire to help you see what kinds of stress you're most challenged by and where you are doing well. We review your results and help you learn new skills to be more effective in mastering your stress and understand how to reduce stress. Coaching helps you learn to identify what types of stress mastery methods will best help you right now. Plus, you'll learn effective methods for managing stressful situations 'in the moment'. You'll be provided with a Stress Master Guide and Workbook so your skill development is ongoing even after coaching. Recommend a minimum of 4 sessions (1 hr each) to ensure you're learning new skills, practicing seeing new perspectives and are successful at becoming a master of stress. Benefits include improved focus and ability to relax, less worry and anxiety, reduce symptoms and development of chronic degenerative diseases, improvements in sleep and digestion, lower blood pressure, relief from chronic headaches, lower inflammation and many others.
