Your time is important to us! In order to reserve your appointment at Renewal, we require a credit card. We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice given Monday 10am through Saturday 4pm. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, as stated, will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Missed appointments with no notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
