Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very gentle massage technique that supports manual lymph release. The lymphatic system is where all toxins and unwanted materials from the blood go to be removed. The massage will begin by manually draining all the major lymph nodes, then moving from the feet up towards the heart and neck to drain excess fluids back into circulation.
