I will be a guide on your path back to health, joy, connection, fulfillment, rhythm (my version of balance), and bliss in your life. I will listen with no judgement, ask deep, evoking questions, offer thoughtful reflections, help brainstorm ideas, and support accountability.
I believe every woman is whole and has all the answers inside of her. Sometimes it takes hard work to peel back the layers of protection that you have built around your heart. Together we will work through these layers by exploring your relationship to the five pillars of health and wellness: food, movement, sleep, stress, and connection.
