I do understand that not eveyone have a full hour outside of their normal schedule, so this 30 minute session is designed as a shorter session to touch base with where you are in your weekly goals as well as help you brainstorm ways to use your strengths to continue to move towards your short-term and long-term wellness goals. This can be a virtual appointment allowing you to meet with me anywhere you are.
