In this 45 minute session, I use motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry to partner with clients to discover their core values, strengths and motivation behind why a Healthy Lifestyle change is the right thing for them at this point in time. I focus on developing healthy SMART goals that will move my client(s) towards being able to commit to their personal health vision. My clients are in the driver's seat to determine what the best healthy life looks like for them. This session will allow us more time to evaluate where you are in accomplishing your weekly goals as well as review how your strengths are helping you to move closer to your short-term and long-term SMART goals.
