Through a combination of Coaching, Energy work, somatic release, Shamanic practices and lifestyle modification I work with individuals to help them become their own healers. I guide people through the blockages they hold in their bodies and minds, in order to tap into the innate capacity for healing, happiness, and abundant joy that resides within.
