My journey to health began when mental illness and addiction brought me to a place that I knew I had to get out of or die trying. Over the next six years I learned to become my own healer. With thousands of hours of self study and experimentation I went from illness to wellness. Now I help others take control back of their life, health, and happiness. My philosophy bridges Western Psychology with Eastern Sprituality, to create a holistic method of approaching health.
