My natural approach to health uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and detoxification. During the lifestyle assessment we will discuss your main health concerns and symptoms to identify the cause and develop a plan to eliminate them. We will also discuss important information such as health history, sleep patterns, energy levels, stressors, and lifestyle habits.

One 40 minute initial consultation in which we will go over lifestyle and eating habits and brief medical history in order to better understand a diet and lifestyle plan that will most benefit you.
One 5 day personalized meal plan that will support your main complaints along with additional handouts and supplementation guide.
