Our mission is two-fold, to support corporates through corporate wellness consultancy, and personal wellness through transformational holistic health coaching.

The Transformational Holistic Health Coaching is focused on coaching people on how to manage stress and anxiety through effective energy management techniques, self-regulating emotions, and learning to follow your heart's intuitive intelligence. As well as other self-care activities such as nutritional counselling and meal planning, detoxification, resilience building, mind-body healing and rejuvenating retreats.

When it comes to Corporate Wellness Consultancy, we guide and support progressive organizations in designing, implementing, and evaluating robust wellness strategies and programs. More specifically, supporting organizations in taking specific actions that can help reduce the risk for employees with mental health issues having a negative experience in the workplace, and reducing lost productivity. Together with stakeholders an overall integrated corporate wellness program is designed, which ideally includes training, increasing awareness, and endorsing mental self-care to help de-stigmatize mental illness in the workplace.
