About Savoia Self-Care Holistic Wellness
Savoia Self-Care Holistic Wellness was established to help people nurture body, mind and soul, for physical, mental, and spiritual self-healing and renewal. Our mission is two-fold, to support corporates through corporate wellness consultancy, and personal wellness through transformational holistic health coaching.
The Transformational Holistic Health Coaching is focused on coaching people on how to manage stress and anxiety through effective energy management techniques, self-regulating emotions, and learning to follow your heart's intuitive intelligence. As well as other self-care activities such as nutritional counselling and meal planning, detoxification, resilience building, mind-body healing and rejuvenating retreats.
When it comes to Corporate Wellness Consultancy, we guide and support progressive organizations in designing, implementing, and evaluating robust wellness strategies and programs. More specifically, supporting organizations in taking specific actions that can help reduce the risk for employees with mental health issues having a negative experience in the workplace, and reducing lost productivity. Together with stakeholders an overall integrated corporate wellness program is designed, which ideally includes training, increasing awareness, and endorsing mental self-care to help de-stigmatize mental illness in the workplace.

Practitioner Bio
Hello, my name is Rita Savoia and I'm a Toronto based Transformational Holistic Health Coach, and Corporate Wellness Consultant graduated with First Class Honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from York University and a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University. I'm also a Certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor, Certified Iridologist, Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Toxicity & Detox Specialist, and a Certified Mentor from the HeartMath Institute.
In my previous career, I founded a successful HR & Talent Management consultancy servicing corporate and individual clients in various industries across the U.A.E., Levant and Canadian regions. Years of dealing with digestive issues from an unbalanced lifestyle led me on a path of healing. My personal transformational healing journey motivated me to pursue my passion to help people nurture body, mind and soul, and establish Savoia Self-Care Holistic Wellness. I pride myself in meeting people where they are along their health & wellness journey. I coach my clients about preventative health & wellness through transformational lifestyle programs with incremental steps to help develop sustainable healthy habits.
I'm also passionate about health and wellness advocacy, and thus organize local and international health talks, corporate wellness workshops, and destination retreats on various self-care activities that promote healing, emotional release and spiritual self-healing and renewal.
