Yoga is not one size fits all. In teaching over 4000 yoga classes and 30,000 bodies I believe that yoga is like you. It comes in all shapes and sizes. While yoga is much more than just stretch and strength, many people consider yoga a practice for the physical body. In working with you, we will develop a yoga program that is designed for your specific mind-body-spirit needs. This includes considerations for variables such as age, gender, weight, proportions, ailments, lifestyle, intentions and goals. You may want to develop a YIP for personal use at home, to overcome pain or limitation or to understand enough about the practice to join a class. Developing a YIP usually takes four-six hours of time, depending on your level of experience. Three-four hours of on-line meeting and one -two hours for me to create your YIP. Once created, you will have the opportunity to ask me questions as you practice as well as modify or tune up your practice (75$/hr) quarterly.
