I am a Reflexology Therapist, who through working specific points on the feet, can support my clients through a number of reproductive health conditions and goals. Reflexology Therapy is also excellent for overall stress, tension, and anxiety relief.
I primarily support clients in areas of Maternity, Pre-Conception, Fertility Treatments, Menstrual Cycle Health (to regulate and reduce pain), PCOS, Endometriosis, Menopause and other conditions affecting reproductive health.
I also provide standard foot reflexology to help ease stress, muscle tension, and anxiety.

Practitioner Bio
I work part-time to balance my passion for my work with my family life. As a Mom of two young children, I know it can be difficult to find time to take care of yourself, and even more difficult to find relief around reproductive and menstrual health.
I have spend the last few years gathering advanced education in Reproflexology (2018) and Advanced Maternity Reflexology (2019) to support my clients. I have gained some valuable skills through these trainings which I can also incorporate to my standard reflexology which reduces stress, tension, and anxiety.
I have a passion for helping people gain their best level of health and combines that with her intuitive reflexology skills to make a difference in her client’s lives.
