Discovery Session

This mat increases circulation and oxygen in the body and has been used in Europe for over 25 years in clinics to assist in healing pain and inflammation, depression, anxiety, wound healing, arthritis, osteoporosis, insomnia, diabetes and cancer.

I use a Time Line Protocol, where we go to your past to retrieve the root cause of a specific conflict, so you can release its blockage.

In a Crystal Reiki session I use a variety of crystals and their energy to promote healing in various organs, muscles and chakras throughout the body and mind. The energy is used to assist past, present and future trauma to be released and healed to promote a healthy lifestyle. physical, spiritual, emotional and mental traumas are also addressed through the process and can help to achieve a well rounded healthy lifestyle.
