We'll go over the numerous causes of stress in you life and the negative effects long-term stress has on your body, mind and emotions. Then, I will teach you several relaxation techniques including: quick relaxation exercises to do during stressful life events, breathing techniques, muscle relaxation, progressive relaxation, visualization and self-massage.

An hour-long session to explore your goals, increase your motivation and confidence and help you move forward!

Providing fitness/exercise classes to children ages 1-16. Also offering them thai massage. Teaching parents how to perform thai relaxation massage on children. Clients can give additional tips if they are happy with the service for their children.

I will be a guide on your path back to health, joy, connection, fulfillment, rhythm (my version of balance), and bliss in your life. I will listen with no judgement, ask deep, evoking questions, offer thoughtful reflections, help brainstorm ideas, and support accountability.  I believe every woman is whole and has all the answers inside of her. Sometimes it takes hard work to peel back the layers of protection that you have built around your heart.
