Hi there! I'm an Intuitive Trauma Healer that works through a trauma-informed lens; I practice many modalities such as boundary work, somatic healing, attuned touch, inner child healing, Reiki and energy healing, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, coaching, and more.

Discovery Session

This mat increases circulation and oxygen in the body and has been used in Europe for over 25 years in clinics to assist in healing pain and inflammation, depression, anxiety, wound healing, arthritis, osteoporosis, insomnia, diabetes and cancer.

I use a Time Line Protocol, where we go to your past to retrieve the root cause of a specific conflict, so you can release its blockage.

In a Crystal Reiki session I use a variety of crystals and their energy to promote healing in various organs, muscles and chakras throughout the body and mind. The energy is used to assist past, present and future trauma to be released and healed to promote a healthy lifestyle. physical, spiritual, emotional and mental traumas are also addressed through the process and can help to achieve a well rounded healthy lifestyle.

Eight 1 hr weekly PPN Sessions for persons wishing to receive support with early life trauma and/or ancestral imprinting.

I work with you during pregnancy to establish a great foundation for the upcoming birth. Together we figure out how you would like the birth to happen and I will work with the rest of your birthing team to help you achieve your unique birth. Knowing that birth is unpredictable and ever changing, we will discuss various situations where we might need to adjust our expectations to the birth, and this still means that you need to feel safe, supported and included, we are going to accommodate as many of your wishes for your birth as we possibly can.
