Practitioner Bio
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been using movement and nutrition to manage my disease. I have been training people for four years in different settings such as gymnasiums, homes and online. I have trained from teenagers to geriatrics, moms to young women. My newest addition was to train endurance athletes for hypertrophy and mobility as well as nutrition. I give virtual training for fitness as well as nutrition, changing habits, speeding at the pace of my client and where they are presently in their lives. It is a partnership rather than an agenda driven coaching.
