This one-to-one session is for individuals who have completed the intake session. The session will build upon the information discussed in the initial session. Sessions are customized to the unique needs of each client. Homework and skill development tools are typically given to the client at the end of each session. This session is excellent for individuals seeking support tools to manage arousal regulation (i.e., stress, anxiety, worry, depression), or performance anxiety. We use heart rate variability biofeedback technology to educate, teach and empower you on how your psychophysiology (brain and body) are connected, and learn the tools to manage or reduce anxiety.
