My approach is to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and PSYCH-K® (Psychological-Kinesiology) to help you explore your core values, true self and ultimately find your purpose. If you are going through a major life transition, career change, or find yourself stuck in the same patterns again and again I will help you discover the change you are looking for. My goal is to help you create the change in your life you want without my help in the future.

For those that don't know, PSYCH-K® (Psychological-Kinesiology) is a psychospiritual practice that uses talk-based therapy, muscle testing, visualization and whole-brain postures to rewrite limiting beliefs getting in the way of your dreams. It requires you to look at your behaviour dispassionately, be able to voice preferences for your life, and see how you are an active participant in not getting it.
