This assessment will give us a chance to get to know each other, identify your mental health goals and develop a plan.

Each session will focus on achieving your identified goals and will be tailored to you.

Enjoy a beautiful session of challenging physical poses that teach you how to calm your mind and direct your energy towards the union of mind, body and spirit. We finish the session with a heart focused mindfulness meditation with binaural beats.

Releasing trapped emotions behind physical or emotional pain.

This is a wonderful introduction to clinical somatics and includes: - posture assessment and introduction to three fundamental exercises - self massage and breathing exercises If you're not sure whether you want to commit to a full package of private somatics classes, this 90 minute class will help you discover how the practice feels in your body on a more personalized level than group classes. This session is taught online through an interactive video call.

During our walk we will get clear on what you desire to experience as it comes to your health, find out what might be in the way of that and create a plan for you to bring your vision into the manifest reality.

We'll go over the numerous causes of stress in you life and the negative effects long-term stress has on your body, mind and emotions. Then, I will teach you several relaxation techniques including: quick relaxation exercises to do during stressful life events, breathing techniques, muscle relaxation, progressive relaxation, visualization and self-massage.
