During the first visit you will be asked to provide some medical information including any medications, herbs and supplements you are currently taking. You will be asked to provide a list of these items, including dosages. Next we will together decide on what type of treatment you wish to pursue. It might include a custom essential oil blend (or one that is already available if it meets the requirements), a topical application blend/massage oil blend, spray, inhaler, ointment, etc.The method of application will be determined by individual needs. Frequency of use will also be discussed, as well as other instructions.Most customized aromatherapy products can be created and given to the client at the end of the consultation. However, some products such as custom ointments will need to be picked up another day. (Treatment products cost not included)

Acro Yoga teacher can instruct singles, doubles and groups in basic acro primary series, secondary series as well as advanced poses. Lots of fun and much easier than it looks!

Utilizing Dr. Edward Bach's Flower Remedies to help any emotional distress that may be going on. These are very gentle essences of flowers that provide emotional healing on a subtle level. Once we narrow down the area of distress, a bottle of the essences will be made up for you to take throughout the day. This goes along very well with the Flower Therapy Healing for a relaxing treatment session afterwards.

The client just has to relax and allow the healing power of the flowers to release any imbalances in the aura. Flowers will be placed on and swept over the client in various ways to allow this to take place. This is great in combination with Bach flower remedies too!

There are so many wonderful herbs out there that help with a huge variety of things including; digestive issues, skincare, over/under active adrenals, anxiety, depression, etc. On this call we will address your main health concerns and come up with a herbal procedure to allow these concerns to fade away.
