Community acupuncture is intended to be as accessible as possible to all people. This clinic charges a sliding scale rate of $30 – $60 per session. No questions asked. No proof of income required. We know that the key to success with acupuncture is frequent, consistent treatment. We want you to be able to come in as often as you need to to have you feeling better.

Practitioner Bio
Laurel is a Registered Acupuncturist and certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist. She completed the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Doctorate Diploma Program in 2004 and continues to study new and exciting ways to treat people with acupuncture. She is trained in TCM and Japanese acupuncture and moxibustion, Tung and Tan style Balance Method acupuncture, Koryo Hand Therapy, and NADA acupuncture for addictions and mental health.
Laurel is also a Clinical Herbalist working in Eastern and Western traditions of herbology. She is an avid wildcrafter, and makes most of her remedies at her apothecary in Keremeos. Laurel works with a diversity of physical and mental health concerns. Areas she treats include many kinds of injury and pain, stress and mental health, sleep disturbances, smoking cessation and addictions treatment, and internal diseases including digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular and reproductive health.
She particularly enjoys finding and treating the underlying patterns within complex and stubborn conditions. With a background in front line support and outreach work, social justice and environmental stewardship, she advocates for accessible holistic health services, community centered care and treatment on demand.
Laurel is owner, acupuncturist and herbalist at Okanagan-Similkameen Community Acupuncture and Holistic Health in Keremeos, and is excited to offer her services in Oliver and Osoyoos as well, at South Okanagan Physiotherapy.
