If we want to be courageous with our lives, we need to understand the steps to take to get back up from a 'fall' and try again. You will explore all the barriers to resilience and how to 'rumble' with them in order to come out the other side of our struggles with more clarity, understanding and peace. This program is great for anyone struggling from a set back of any kind. Sessions are held via Zoom or phone.
