Hi there! I'm an Intuitive Trauma Healer that works through a trauma-informed lens; I practice many modalities such as boundary work, somatic healing, attuned touch, inner child healing, Reiki and energy healing, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, coaching, and more.

Discovery Session

I use a Time Line Protocol, where we go to your past to retrieve the root cause of a specific conflict, so you can release its blockage.

In a Crystal Reiki session I use a variety of crystals and their energy to promote healing in various organs, muscles and chakras throughout the body and mind. The energy is used to assist past, present and future trauma to be released and healed to promote a healthy lifestyle. physical, spiritual, emotional and mental traumas are also addressed through the process and can help to achieve a well rounded healthy lifestyle.

We start with a session specifically to help you determine your main Enneagram type. We then look at the different behaviours, viewpoints and what you pay attention to in your world to see how you learned to feel safe in the world. Through various practices you will learn the ability to be aware of your tendencies and impulses and decide how you want to be and have a life of choice.
