Hi there, my name is Jennifer,

As a kid I was deeply fascinated and curious by alchemy, crystals, nature, spirits and divine energy. Curiously, I wandered to the beat of my own drum.
I, like so many, experienced great trauma growing up. I repressed this trauma and many of its memories which led me down a dangerous and self destructive path in my early teenage years.
l had lost my way and disconnected from the light inside me.

At the age of 17 I had a near death experience that shook me to my core. I now know that this very incident, which seemed unfortunate but significant at the time, put me on the path to who I am today.

I later decided to become a chef for its exciting and alchemistic qualities. I then took my profession to Australia where I had the wonderful opportunity to work with many experienced health and wellness coaches. After 2 years, a significant death, a degeneration of a pre-existing physical condition, and a betrayal I decided to return home to Canada, bringing my knowledge of health and wellness with me. The emotional and physical anguish of the events that I had experienced during the course of those 2 years plus everything else I had repressed came to a head which put me in a lot of emotional and physical pain. This pain submerged me into deep and profound spiritual work with reiki, plant medicine and spirits.
I practiced everyday, cleaning and clearing things I didn’t even know existed inside of myself. I was flowing through the river of my being, my emotions, thoughts, memories, connections and blockages.
Over time the physical and emotional pain I experienced diminished, uncovering a box deep within myself. This box took a lot of courage to open and revealed gifts that I had forgotten, disowned and rejected. My whole life I was on the search for the sacred power of truth and acceptance, and I finally found it within myself.

We are all divine.
And although it is only you who can embrace it, I know I am on this earth to help you find it.
