Practitioner Bio

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that works on multiple levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Practitioners connect to the source and then transfer the energy to recipients through their palms via a "hands-on" approach OR from a distance. The symptoms and conditions that I have treated have been diverse: arthritis, back pain, stress/anxiety, migraines, cramps, sore throat, allergies, asthma, insomnia, nausea, shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, PTSD, childhood issues, side effects from drugs after surgery or chemotherapy, trapped gas, constipation, rashes, pulled muscles, tendinitis, laryngitis, ADD (Lack of focus), acne, hair growth, etc. Everyone who I've worked with has seen positive results.

I am a Certified USUI Reiki Grand Master and guided by a Higher Universal intention, I founded Novite Academy to provide alternative medicine, knowledge, and energy healing practices that have guided me along my own journey of personal development. In addition to providing professional Reiki Healing Care through Novite Academy Centre, I have also developed meditation classes, recognized and certified Reiki and Chakra seminars, and training programs that have been created from the culmination of my life’s studies and work.

It is with that intention I decided to take a more professional approach and become a certified member of the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) and the Academy of Naturopaths & Naturo-therapy (ANN) of Canada which by the way may interest many of you as I am authorized to provide registered insurance receipts for all my energy work and therapies. Lilla is also committed to her humanitarian work with cancer patients at the Hope & Cope Foundation/Jewish General Hospital.

“I was inspired to bring the alternative healing discipline known as Reiki Energy Healing, Spirituality, Personal development, and Meditation together to create our “circle of life” program called RSPM (Reiki, Spirituality & Personal Development and Meditation) for those who aspire to evolve their body, mind, and soul…” You may be interested to know that Reiki is recognized and practiced in over 600 hospitals across the USA and also right here at Montreal's very own Jewish General Hospital which is where I volunteer my time to provide healing Energy therapy to help patients in their recovery but also through their illness.

With my Novite Academy center, I bring forth my Energy Healing therapies but also a more professional approach to teaching and training the disciplines of Reiki, Spirituality, and Meditation so that those inclined can also reach their goals of being certified and being able to offer registered insurance receipts across Canada.
