Discovery Session

This on-line class is for people who already have a meditation practice and who wish to connect for 1 hr/wk in a group setting to meditate and share aspects, challenges or questions about their practice. Meditation time will be 30 min, connection time will be 30 min. First class is Thursday Nov 5th 7-8pm for 4 Thursdays in November.

Eight 1 hr weekly PPN Sessions for persons wishing to receive support with early life trauma and/or ancestral imprinting.

Light touch therapy which addresses the bones of the skull and the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord. CST has a balancing effect on the central nervous system and can help with sleep, headaches, stress, mood swings and memory.

Together we figure out how you would like the birth to happen and I will work with the rest of your birthing team to help you achieve your unique birth. Knowing that birth is unpredictable and ever changing, we will discuss various situations where we might need to adjust our expectations to the birth, and this still means that you need to feel safe, supported and included, we are going to accommodate as many of your wishes for your birth as we possibly can. The IC opportunity will help us create a treatment plan for you, this will include cost, presenting problems, goals, and objectives. The plan will be sent to you upon your next booking or to help request funding for service coverage, if you choose to move forward with our services.
