Kick-Off Health Assessment
You will have everything you need to start as soon as you leave your kick-off appointment which includes:
• an in-depth health analysis
• weight loss goal map
• highly personalized nutrition plan including supplements!
You will leave feeling confident of what to eat to get rid of your gut and keep the excess weight off.
Four Private Nutrition Counseling Sessions per Month
As your coach, we will form a partnership. I care about your goals and health concerns as much as you do – seriously!
You will develop strategies and defined steps you need to take to be able to see your abs and toes again based on the numerous experiences I have helped other people enhance their performance and lower cholesterol numbers. You will be motivated every week with a success mindset keeping you self-confident, relentless, looking and feeling better daily.

As your partner, I will help you as much as possible. Think of having me in your back pocket to text when you have an emergency question, need clarification or want feedback celebrating your success.
Texting is the best way for a quick question however when it is best to hear my voice, a quick call works. You will even have my special private cellular number only given to exclusive clients so you can message as needed.
 
Custom Grocery List & Meal Plan
We will map out a customized meal plan with grocery list to guide you through the market with ease paramount to seeing your abs again. You will be discussing special topics such as recipe ideas and food prep tips.
When there is a certain restaurant you frequent, I will assist you in what to order to stay on track. If there is a favorite dish you love, share that with her to discuss how to alter to make it compliant so you can enjoy it with no guilt!
You will have access to a private Facebook group I administer where recipes, grocery lists and workout moves will be at your fingertips at any time. We are teammates to persevere together, laser-focused shedding those “lbs” around your middle.

Your weekly accountability journal is a powerful tool where you will tangibly track and review your progress and “wins” every week, explore any obstacles or challenges that surfaced, and set your next bold goals in terms of nutrition, supplements, fitness and mindset for the next thirty days.
