Practitioner Bio

I am a Certified Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. I practice an Advanced form of hypnosis called 5-PATH which stands for 5 Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnosis. I am also an Accredited Certified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques ("Tapping") with EFT International, and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

My mantra is "Everything you need is already within you." We all possess greatness and when we are able to let go of limiting beliefs about ourselves, and the world around us then we are able to find our highest potential.

Hypnosis is a powerful effective way to reprogram the sub conscious mind. Once the mind is clear of erroneous beliefs and unresolved emotions then our true potential is accessible. What seemed impossible before, now becomes possible.
