Discovery Session

I use a Time Line Protocol, where we go to your past to retrieve the root cause of a specific conflict, so you can release its blockage.

80 minute counselling session couples or families

Dyad work allows a parent and child to work on attachment needs. Together the parent and child, under guidance of the art therapist will learn to co-regulate and express themselves more effectively.

Manual table stretching to relieve back pain and open up all your joints.

This full 120 minute (2 hour) treatment allows us to move at a slower to pace to accommodate pain sensitive issues or we can offer a systemic treatment to nudge your body back towards balance.
