In a Crystal Reiki session I use a variety of crystals and their energy to promote healing in various organs, muscles and chakras throughout the body and mind. The energy is used to assist past, present and future trauma to be released and healed to promote a healthy lifestyle. physical, spiritual, emotional and mental traumas are also addressed through the process and can help to achieve a well rounded healthy lifestyle.

We start with a session specifically to help you determine your main Enneagram type. We then look at the different behaviours, viewpoints and what you pay attention to in your world to see how you learned to feel safe in the world. Through various practices you will learn the ability to be aware of your tendencies and impulses and decide how you want to be and have a life of choice.

Focus: Total Body Rejuvenation. Nutritional Analysis, Colonic Hydrotherapy, Supplements, Protocol, Physical Activity program. 4 week time frame.

I will be a guide on your path back to health, joy, connection, fulfillment, rhythm (my version of balance), and bliss in your life. I will listen with no judgement, ask deep, evoking questions, offer thoughtful reflections, help brainstorm ideas, and support accountability.  I believe every woman is whole and has all the answers inside of her. Sometimes it takes hard work to peel back the layers of protection that you have built around your heart. Together we will work through these layers by exploring your relationship to the five pillars of health and wellness: food, movement, sleep, stress, and connection.  I look forward to working with you!

Focusing on the 1st, 6th, 8th and 12th houses of health in your birth chart and the astrological signs in those houses, along with their inner ruling planets, gives me an accurate picture of the blueprint of your evolutionary landscape and how to remedy imbalances. I provide light body healing sessions coupled with custom medicinals to help remedy, fortify, stabilize and balance your system as a whole.
