About Performance Purpose
By offering a systematic and evidence based approach to off-season and in-season training, we will translate the athlete’s weight room progress towards their specialized sport. Our goal is to drive improvement and progress of each individual within the field of athletic performance.
We advocate athletes to view training, nutrition and recovery as three main factors that play a critical role towards optimal athletic development. These factors are codependent and work together side-by-side to provide the best results when each are given 100% effort.
