I have been a dietitian for 8 years, with a Master's degree focused on making healthy food accessible to all. I work with:

- individuals who feel stuck with their diet progress
- Individuals seeking to lose weight or to make healthier eating choices.
Each session is individualized, and I create resources that are tailored to your specific needs.
