Practitioner Bio
If you haven’t met Sandy yet, the first thing you’ll notice about her is that she glows from the inside out. She is both unfailingly self-possessed and an unapologetic free spirit. Smiling is her default facial expression and she lives lifelay01_sandywater with an unrestrained joy that radiates out from a presence of mind rooted in positivity and light.
Sandy credits her overabundance of good vibes to the lifestyle she actively chooses to live everyday. She strives to follow a clean, plant-based diet and has an insatiable appetite for sunlight, which she leans into for strength, vitality, and focus (hello, sunflower!).
