About Quigg Counselling & Therapy Services
For many people, walking into a therapist’s office can be extremely difficult and anxiety provoking. We recognize this and are dedicated to creating a therapeutic experience that is comfortable, non-judgmental, and focused on what’s most important to you.
We promise to respect your comfort level while also encouraging and helping you to step slightly out of it when needed if it will help you overcome your struggles or move towards your goals. Discussing difficult experiences and trying to identify/change thoughts or behaviours is not always easy, but we promise to help you every step of the way.
